Our founder has experience as a principal and executive with multinational real estate development, management and hospitality companies. This background allows our firm to understand our clients’ businesses and advise them on more than just legal issues. Our knowledge and experience allow us to better understand the issues that affect our clients as we view them from a distinct perspective. Additionally, our experience in the real estate space allows us to structure engagements in a more entrepreneurial manner than big law firms with our clients’ needs and business models in mind.
