Michael Schultz

Michael Schultz is a co-founder and Chief Science Officer at Perspective Therapeutics, a clinical stage radiopharmaceutical company focused on developing advanced alpha particle therapeutics for cancer, a position held since January 2023. Additionally, Schultz has served as Chief Science Officer and founder of Viewpoint Molecular Targeting, Inc. since August 2013, successfully securing over $35 million in NIH/NCI funding to advance lead products to clinical development. Schultz is also an Associate Professor at the University of Iowa, with roles across multiple departments including Radiology, Pediatrics, and Radiation Oncology, and holds a PhD in Oceanography with a focus on Chemical and Physical from Florida State University.
