The association Perspektive Landwirtschaft actively advocates for new opportunities regarding generational transfer, entry, and cooperation in agriculture, with the goal of promoting diversity, climate, and soil protection. The non-familial farm succession offers opportunities for the continuation of life's work, benefiting both the handing-over and taking-over generations. With an Austria-wide educational program and an online platform, the association creates spaces for encounter, enabling networking, exchange, and getting to know each other for the old and new generations.
