Anders Leijon is a seasoned chemical engineer with extensive experience in process engineering across various industries. Currently serving as a Global Technology Specialist at Perstorp Group since January 2024, Anders leads process engineering services for new greenfield developments in collaboration with Petronas. Previously, as Lead Process Engineer at Borealis from January 2016 to January 2024, focus was on process plant development and renewable projects at the Borealis Cracker plant. Anders also held the position of Team Leader for Process Engineering at COWI in Qatar from November 2001 to December 2015, gaining significant expertise in process design within the chemical industry. Additionally, experience as a Process Engineer at AkzoNobel from 1998 to 2001 involved operations and development at a colloidal silica acid plant. Anders holds an Engineer's degree in Chemical Engineering from MDH.
