Nuwan Peiris

Nuwan Peiris is an experienced chemist currently serving as an R&D Development Chemist at Perstorp Group since November 2023. Prior to this role, Nuwan worked as a Quality Food Safety & Environment Specialist at Vidinge Grönt from January 2022 to November 2023. Nuwan has held various positions at Jacobi Carbons from November 2018 to November 2020, including Laboratory Manager, Senior Analytical Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Quality Control Technician, Trainee Chemist, Research and Development Assistant, and Senior Quality Control Laboratory Technician. Nuwan holds a Diploma in Quality Management from the Sri Lanka Standard Institute, a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the Open University of Sri Lanka, and a Master of Science in Environmental and Industrial Chemistry from the University of Kelaniya Sri Lanka.
