HESS (H. Eddy Siswanto Safety) is a seasoned professional with over 37 years of experience in the petrochemical and oil & gas sectors, specializing in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management. Currently serving as a Senior HSSE Coordinator at PERTAMINA EP since September 2010, HESS oversees HSE operations across all exploration and exploitation locations in Indonesia, providing guidance to contractors and company personnel. Prior roles include Assistant HSSE Manager at JOB Pertamina Talisman Jambi Merang, where HESS reviewed safety design scopes and developed HSE management systems, and Division HSE Manager at PEP Petrochemical Plant, managing a team responsible for safety procedures and training. HESS holds a Master's degree in Marketing Management from STIE Mitra Indonesia and a Bachelor's degree in General Mechanical from Institute Technic Education PT VETERAN Semarang.
