Kelli Baker

Kelli Baker, P.E., PTOE, is a seasoned Traffic Engineer currently serving in the Safety Engineering group at the Ada County Highway District, where they focus on traffic, bike, and pedestrian safety improvement projects. Previously, Kelli held various roles, including Project Manager at the Idaho Transportation Department and Civil Engineer at WHPacific, where they developed traffic design plans and conducted impact analyses. Kelli began their career as an Engineering Intern at Idaho State University and has a strong educational background with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Idaho State University.
