Steve West

Steve West is the Managing Director of Pertemps, leading the market in talent innovation, and keeping the company at the forefront of the next waves of talent transformation.

Steve has served as a member of the Pertemps Board and Management Team for 29 years. Having joined the business in 1988, Steve has held a variety of operational, management and executive roles and currently overseas all the Sectors MDs, and continues to lead their Logistics and Blue Collar sectors. A passionate leader, Steve’s focus is working with Pertemps’ clients to develop relationships and solutions to enable success through the delivery of innovative, value creating Talent Acquisition and Management solutions.

In addition, he is accountable for all corporate sales activity. Steve leads the corporate sales team within Pertemps who together with the client Services and Sector directors cover the UK nationally ensuring that Pertemps' value proposition meets the commercial objectives of both Pertemps and their customers.
