Pertutti: Your Neighborhood Italian Cuisine.

Part of a dynamic hospitality group established in 2010, Pertutti started operating in 2022, powered by a formidable team of 60 dedicated professionals. With two distinguished neighborhood restaurants across Lebanon, Pertutti is committed to delivering authentic Italian dining experiences and creating a welcoming environment for every guest. Our diverse team, from executive management and culinary leadership, which includes our esteemed Italian chef and other skilled chefs, to service staff and administrative personnel, is integral to our operational success.

What's our secret ingredient? It's our firm commitment to top-notch quality, meticulous hygiene standards, and a sprinkle of culinary magic in every dish! We believe in growing together, which is why we offer fantastic opportunities for our team to train with experienced chefs and other industry gurus, helping everyone shine in service excellence. And yes, we keep our team happy and thriving with attractive incentives and flexible hours – because a happy team means happy guests!

We love to learn and grow, too! Pertutti is committed to continuous professional development through dynamic workshops in key areas. This includes comprehensive training in Human Resources, focused on team development and performance; Restaurant Service & Guest Experience, enhancing service standards and guest relations; and rigorous Quality Control & Food Safety, covering hygiene, culinary practices, and contaminant prevention. We firmly believe that a positive and engaged team directly contributes to an exceptional guest experience.
