Philipp Kübler

Philipp K. is a software engineer currently employed at Nanogami, where responsibilities include planning, implementing, deploying, and testing custom software tools for DNA origami design and simulation, as well as optimizing data processing pipelines using machine learning. Previously, Philipp K. worked as a working student in software and operations at tilibit nanosystems, focusing on API-connected workflows and image processing for TIRF microscopy data. Philipp K. has also served as a teaching assistant at the Technische Universität München across various subjects, a software developer for the Open Source Project SimSES at the Institute for Electrical Energy Storage Technology, a cryogenic engineer at the Walther-Meissner-Institute, and a software developer at Brainlab. Philipp K. holds a Master of Science in Applied and Engineering Physics and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Physics and Engineering Science, alongside a semester abroad at ETH Zürich.
