Caroline Murangi is the HR Director at Grupo Nueva Pescanova, where they manage all People (HR) processes and are part of the Mancom team in-country. They have extensive experience in recruitment, industrial relations, organizational development, people analytics, and payroll. Previously, Caroline served as the Country People Lead at Anheuser-Busch InBev and as a Human Resources Business Partner at The Coca-Cola Company. Caroline attained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST) and is passionate about working with people to support their growth.
