Beth S. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Beth started their career as a Morning News Reporter/Anchor at WWIB/WOGO Radio in 2001 and later worked as a Broadcast Production member at WEAU Television/TV-13 in 2003. In 2004, they took on the role of Sales Representative at WWIB/WOGO Radio. Beth then joined Employee Communications for a Graduate Internship in 2005. From 2006 to 2013, Beth worked at Lands' End in various positions including Recruitment & Development Coordinator, Sr. Learning & Development Coordinator, Operations Manager, and Allocation Planner. Beth then transitioned to Chippewa Valley Technical College as the Business Management Program Director and Instructor from 2013 to 2016. Since 2017, they have been with PESI, where they have held roles such as Marketing Director, VP of Marketing & Product Management, VP of Customer Service, Product Management & International Operations, VP of Digital Marketing Technology, International Operations & Customer Service, and currently serves as the VP of International Operations, therapist.com & Business Operations.

Beth S. obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 2004, after attending the university from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Chippewa Falls Senior High School from 1996 to 2000. Beth further pursued their education and earned their MBA in Business Administration and Mass Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire between 2004 and 2006.
