Sarah M

Sarah M has worked in a variety of roles in the data science field since 2016. In 2016, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Grant Thornton Australia, where they consulted across the health, aged care, government, research, higher education and not-for-profit spaces. In 2017, they completed a three-month internship as a Data Scientist at Cochlear, where they quantitatively described observational device data for clinicians. In 2018, Sarah worked as a Data Science Project Lead at ANZ, where they project managed a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers to deliver data science and automation projects in production. Sarah also worked as a Data Scientist and technical consultant at AlphaZetta during this time. Finally, in 2022, Sarah began working as a Data Scientist at Pet Circle, where they are responsible for envisioning, scoping, and building data science deliverables in collaboration with technical partners and stakeholders.

Sarah M completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Physics from UNSW between 2010 and 2015. Sarah also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physics and Pure Mathematics from UNSW between 2001 and 2007.
