Pet loss is hard.
Losing a pet is one of the hardest things we go through in life. But you don't have to go through it alone. Here at at Pet Loss Community (PLC), we aim to reduce the stigma around pet loss grief and support pet parents as they navigate the difficult journey of pet loss by offering grief support groups, one-on-one support, and an online support community - all facilitated by licensed social workers with a passion and training in supporting the people that love and care for animals.  PLC was founded in 2021 by two veterinarians, Dr. Lisa Lippman and Dr. Monica Tarantino, after seeing just how isolated and alone pet parents across the country feel after losing a pet.
