Ryan Weaver

Ryan Weaver is currently the Director of Franchise Development at Pet Wants, where they focus on connecting franchisees with HCM solutions to enhance their business operations. Their career began with roles as a Student Tutor and Summer Camp Counselor at the University of Cincinnati, followed by a position as a Student Teacher at Cincinnati Public Schools. Ryan also served as a High School Social Studies Teacher at Dayton Independent Schools and was a Franchise Brand Manager at Paycor. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Cincinnati, which they completed in 2022.
