Asher Smith is the Director of Litigation at the PETA Foundation, where they have held various roles including Deputy General Counsel and Litigation Counsel. They began their legal career with internships at the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the United States Attorney's Office in 2012 and 2013, respectively.
