Amy Clippinger

Amy Clippinger is an accomplished professional in the field of regulatory toxicology and scientific research, currently serving as President of the PETA Science Consortium International e.V. and Managing Director of PETA's Regulatory Testing Department since May 2012. Clippinger’s work focuses on advocating for non-animal testing methods in collaboration with various stakeholders. Prior to these roles, Clippinger was a Post Doctoral Researcher at the University of Pennsylvania, conducting significant research on human cytomegalovirus, and a Graduate Student Researcher at Drexel University College of Medicine, studying the hepatitis B virus. Clippinger holds a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology and Genetics from Drexel University College of Medicine and a B.A. in Biology-Chemistry from Immaculata University.
