Teagan Murphy

Teagan Murphy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management and advocacy. As the Mentorship Program Director and Communications Liaison for Children Beyond Our Borders since August 2016, Teagan has successfully organized events to strengthen the relationship between the organization and its University of Florida student chapter and facilitated communication for various fundraising and volunteer activities. Additionally, as a peta2 Campus Representative since August 2016, Teagan has increased vegan dining options on campus and organized awareness campaigns on animal welfare issues. Previous roles include Development Intern at Southern Legal Counsel, Inc. and member of the fundraising team at Children Beyond Our Borders, where Teagan played a key role in organizing successful fundraising events and securing sponsorships. Teagan holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Florida and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Atlantic Community High School.
