Gary Fielding

Gary Fielding is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in supply chain management across various sectors including automotive, motorsport, and advanced technology. Currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain at Petalite since January 2025, Gary is responsible for supplier onboarding, selection, management, and inventory management. Previously, Gary held the position of Head of Materials at Helix, where leadership of a 20-member team was integral to the successful delivery of electric motors and numerous bespoke NPI projects. As Head of Operations in the Advanced Tech Division at Prodrive, Gary managed supply chain and manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production scheduling and procurement. Earlier roles included leadership as Purchasing Manager at Honda Racing F1 and as Chief Buyer at LDV Group Ltd, showcasing a strong foundation in purchasing and procurement strategies. Gary holds an HNC in Business & Finance from East Birmingham College.
