Brent Cadle

Brent Cadle possesses extensive experience in animal care operations and retail management, with a career at Petco spanning from August 2003 to the present. As the Director of Animal Care Operations, Brent leads a national team overseeing 1,500 Pet Care Centers across the United States and Puerto Rico. Previous roles at Petco include Regional Animal Care and Education Leader, District General Manager, and Regional Companion Animal Coordinator, during which Brent earned accolades for leadership and operational excellence. Prior experience includes a Senior Team Leader position at Target and Store Director at PetSmart, showcasing strong management capabilities in high-volume retail environments. Brent is a graduate of Palm Bay High School, holding a diploma in Photography.
