Daniel Herrlin, PhD, has extensive experience in the field of real estate data science, currently serving as Director of Real Estate Data Science at Petco since June 2009. Prior to this role, Daniel held the position of Manager of Market Planning & GIS at the same company. In academia, Daniel worked as a Graduate Teaching Associate at San Diego State University from August 2006 to May 2010 and served as Adjunct Faculty at Southwestern Community College from August 2008 to June 2009. Daniel earned a PhD in Computational Statistics from San Diego State University, completing the program in 2015.
