Daniel Lawrence is an award-winning District Training Manager and General Manager with over 30 years of retail leadership experience, including 22 years in the pet industry. Currently, they serve as the District Manager for Raleigh and Coastal NC at Petco, where they have completed Next Generation training to enhance organizational development. Previously, Lawrence held management roles at Kirkland's, Pets+, and PetSmart. They are also pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at East Carolina University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of Mount Olive.
