Grace Gil

Grace Gil is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and learning initiatives within the veterinary and retail sectors, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Partner Programs at Petco since February 2011. Grace has successfully developed and implemented educational programs to enhance the veterinary hospital employee experience, optimized partner and training programs, and executed innovative learning solutions for over 1,500 retail locations. Prior roles at Petco include Manager of Vet Services & Partnerships and Manager of Learning Programs, where significant contributions were made to training strategies and product knowledge enhancement. Previous experience at NuVasive involved managing product lines and achieving substantial cost savings through innovative material replacements. Grace holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego and a Master's degree in Instructional Design and Technology from California State University, Fullerton. Additionally, a summer program was completed at Ecole Supérieure de Management focusing on Marketing and Management.
