Matt Bonds

Matt Bonds is a dynamic data-driven retail executive with over 15 years of experience in leading high-impact initiatives across retail, manufacturing, and construction industries. They have held several key positions at Petco, including Director of Retail Experience Transformation and Director of Strategic Initiatives, where they focused on modernization programs and cross-departmental coordination. Previously, Bonds served as an Independent Owner’s Agent and Management Consultant at Trajus and held various operational roles at Racing Systems Inc. and Republic Industries. Currently, Bonds is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of North Texas while also holding a Bachelor of Business Administration from the same institution.
