Ken Thornock has extensive experience in the manufacturing and quality control sectors, with a career spanning over four decades. Since August 1998, Ken has served as a Project Estimator at Petersen Inc., where responsibilities include estimating projects, determining costs, verifying specifications, and preparing proposals, while collaborating with purchasing to ensure high-quality materials at competitive prices. Previously, at Petersen Inc., Ken also played a crucial role in the start-up of the Piping Division, implementing and managing quality control for the fabrication of pressure vessels, piping, and modular skids. Prior to this, Ken held positions at Naptech, where duties encompassed quality control and chief inspection, as well as overseeing a workforce of 50 employees as Shop Foreman. Ken's career began in machining and metal trades with roles at Thiokol & Hercules Aerospace and Associated Piping.
