Ryan Conlen

Ryan Conlen, CEM has extensive work experience in equipment and fleet management. Ryan started their career as a Crew Lead at Haines & Kibblehouse, Inc. from 2005 to 2010. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Fleet Coordinator at Utility Line Services, where they efficiently managed company equipment assets worth millions of dollars. In 2012, they joined The DePaul Group as an Equipment & Fleet Director, overseeing various divisions and ensuring smooth operations. In 2021, they joined Petillo Companies as the Vice President of Equipment, responsible for the equipment management of Petillo Inc. in New Jersey, Petillo New York Inc., and Petillo Maryland Inc. Ryan then moved to Sterling Infrastructure, Inc. in 2022, where they continued their role as the Vice President of Equipment for Petillo Companies.

Ryan Conlen, CEM has a Bachelor's degree in Business and Information Technology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. Ryan attended the university from 2005 to 2010. Prior to attending university, they completed their high school education at Upper Perkiomen High School from 2000 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Ryan Conlen has also obtained the certification of AEMP - Certified Equipment Manager (CEM) from the Association of Equipment Management Professionals (AEMP) in September 2021.
