Tom Abbott

Tom Abbott is currently the Growth Operations Lead at Petlab Co. Tom has extensive experience in operations, having previously served as the Head of Operations at Pad Innovation Limited and the Operations Director at Metro Rod. Tom has been instrumental in the success of both companies, helping to make Pad Innovation Limited the 50th best startup in the UK in 2018 and Metro Rod the number one service franchise in London.

Tom Abbott reports to Damian Grabarczyk, CoFounder. They work with Andrew Tickner - Head of Design, Alec Peace - Head Of Data, and Amar Parmar - Head Of Engineering.
