Wei Huang

Wei Huang is a Service Designer and Systematic Researcher with a diverse background in user experience and design across multiple industries. They founded The Engine 59, a platform dedicated to generating insights on societal and environmental challenges through systemic design thinking. Wei previously worked as a Collaborative UX Designer for NHSX, focusing on youth mental health, and held roles at EY Seren and Belle Worldwide Limited, where they contributed to brand development and retail strategies. They are currently engaged as a Service Designer at Petlibro and serve as a Fellow at The RSA. Wei holds a Master of Arts in Service Design from the Royal College of Art and has completed an MBA module at London Business School.
