Petra AIR Brand is a project for burnout and fatigue PREVENTION solution. 
We want to keep your mind in shape. 
We don't want to wait for people when they experience the burnout. 

We want you to be aware where you can seek the support and be at the early stage to give you the different perspective of your life and job so you don't need to burnout as 40% of the pilots who admit feeling sings of burnout. 

We want you to be different. To feel good and with enough energy whether you are a pilot, air traffic controller, or a manger. 


How? 

We do have a group of ICF (International Federation of Coaches) member who can support you to find your own way back to life where you are a Captain of Your Life. 

We do have not only 1:1 individual online coaching and 24 weeks online coaching for topics such as art of relaxation (sleeping, breathing techniques, how to cope with your irritation, .. ), time management ( bad&good habits, vision, procrastination, prioritizing) and healthy self-confidence (imposter syndrome, sabotage, limitation believes ( I am not enough), art of forgiveness).

Besides doing a workshops and speaking at conferences (Aero Friedrichhafen 2025), we do have a brain care called Brain Balance, where you can support your brain by natural ingredients. This will not effect even your medical class 1 license and if taken on regular bases, it will put your brain in alfa mode, where the brain work as if not under pressure. Think, not only react..
