Petra Group is a Georgian real estate development company specializing in the creation of integrated hospitality, residential, and mixed-use destinations that elevate Georgia’s position on the global tourism and investment map.

As a master developer, Petra Group brings together internationally recognized brands, strategic investors, leading architects, and experienced operators to deliver landmark projects that combine exceptional design, sustainable planning, and long-term economic value. Our vision is to create destinations where people can live, invest, work, and experience world-class hospitality in harmony with their natural surroundings.

The Group is currently developing two flagship projects:
•	Petra Sea Resort – a next-generation destination on Georgia’s Black Sea coast, featuring luxury hotels, branded residences (Pullman Hotel & Residences), retail, wellness, entertainment, and lifestyle experiences designed as a fully integrated resort ecosystem.
•	Petra Ski Resort – a premier mountain destination that will include Swissôtel Hotel & Residences, offering a sophisticated alpine lifestyle and year-round hospitality experience while contributing to the development of Georgia’s mountain tourism sector.

Petra Group has established a strategic partnership with Accor, one of the world’s leading hospitality groups, bringing internationally acclaimed brands such as Pullman and Swissôtel to its developments. Through its collaboration with Valor Hospitality Partners, Petra Group also ensures world-class operational standards and professional facility management across its resort portfolio, enhancing both guest experiences and long-term asset value.

At Petra Group, we believe that exceptional developments are more than real estate—they become destinations that inspire communities, attract investment, and create lasting legacies.
