I am here to guide you to take the authentic path where you no longer need to control what feels. Where you go from struggle to accepting and being able to face life as it is, your natural need for development and the ability to use your gifts in all aspects of life. So that you can experience yourself and life to the fullest. Show yourself that you are brave enough to face the greatness within you and all around you. For you to reclaim the relationship with yourself, your body, pleasure and the natural capacity to lead in a powerful way.

Since 2009 I have been guiding people through transformative development processes. I've seen and learned a lot about what works and what doesn't. In addition to giving you mental understanding, I also make sure that you get to implement and integrate the information in the body, so that there really and truly is a change. 

Following my heart has taken me on a wild journey where I learned to manage my resources, intuitive skills and the power and wisdom of my body which brought out the true warrior in me. There I also discovered that the "war" does not have to be a fight, when it comes from love.
