PetraClean is proudly Western Australian owned and operated. Since 1968, we have worked hard to build our reputation as the leader in office and commercial cleaning in Perth.

A small family-owned business, our local area and industry knowledge, combined with vast cleaning experience, equates to unrivalled expertise in delivering hassle-free cleaning solutions.

Our hands-on, owner-managed team genuinely understands the importance of getting it right from the start. Choosing PetraClean means you can focus on your business, while we focus on your cleaning.

Why choose PetraClean:

- At PetraClean, our Code of Conduct includes ethical principles that lead to the direct engagement of cleaning team members. For this reason, we do not engage subcontract cleaning companies to find cleaners. This approach means we operate our business with integrity and comply with workplace relation laws.

- Our mantra of believing we’re only as good as our last clean is much more than just lip service. Unlike other cleaning companies, we don’t do lock in contracts. This means you can leave us at any time if you’re not happy with our services.

- Not only does PetraClean supply all the equipment needed to clean your office to the highest standard, it stays with you. This gives you the peace of mind that the mop we use to clean your kitchen isn’t the same mop that’s been used to clean another client’s restroom. It also allows PetraClean cleaners to be more efficient. Instead of spending 15 minutes of their allotted cleaning time setting up and packing down, they spend their whole shift cleaning your workplace.

- While we only engage the best cleaners available, it’s inevitable that mistakes will happen from time to time. That’s why all of our cleaning team members receive full training as part of the onboarding process and are regularly supervised to ensure a high quality of cleaning. This guarantees you a consistently high standard clean first time, every time.
