Petro Robotics builds completely autonomous wellsite robotics for the oil and gas industry. Our flagship platform, the RoboWrangler, is the world's first autonomous workstation purpose-built for workover operations, handling pipe transfer, alignment, and makeup/breakout end-to-end, without a crew on the floor.
The red zone is where most rig injuries happen. We removed the human from it.
The RoboWrangler 2000 pairs an all-electric pipe-handling robot with the IRONCLAW electric power tong to automate the full workover cycle -- tubing and sucker rod work -- from a single, field-hardened platform. Operators run everything from a hardened cab 50+ feet from the wellhead. The robot does the rest.
Field-measured results:

80% reduction in labor vs. manual pipe handling
3x cycle-speed uplift
99.4% uptime across deployments
Zero red-zone incidents since first deployment

The RoboWrangler Series covers the full well lifecycle: the 2000 (minor workover), 3000 (major workover), and 4000 (drilling). All share the same control architecture.
Field trials are open for North American operators. We return a deployment plan within 48 hours of your asset profile.
