The company was set up in September 1992 to provide technical services in regard to installation, servicing/ maintenance, calibration, and repair of petroleum equipment services to the petroleum industry and other industries.

The first company to enter into a maintenance contract with was Shell Uganda Limited in September 1992. Since then we have extended our services to other companies in Uganda and Rwanda as well as to individuals, inclusive of installation, maintenance, and calibration of fuel depot storage facilities (at Shell depot, Kobil depot, Total Uganda, City Oil, Jovenna Namanve depot and many more clients)
