Alberto Lopes

Alberto Lopes is a Master Production Engineer at Petrobras and holds an MBA from IBMEC in Rio de Janeiro. They began their career as a Process Analyst at Fininvest and subsequently spent eight years at CERJ/Ampla, focusing on improvement projects and cultural change initiatives. Since joining Petrobras in 2006, Alberto has taken on leadership roles, coordinating business planning and organizational change management. They are also a technical coordinator for various MBA programs at IBMEC, specializing in projects, processes, and sustainable leadership. Alberto has extensive teaching experience in business and public management across multiple MBA programs.
