Fernando Py

Fernando Py has extensive experience in corporate finance, currently serving as a Financial Advisor in M&A at Petrobras since January 2003, where responsibilities include business evaluation, due diligence, deal structuring, and transaction financing and restructuring. Prior to this role, Fernando held a position as a Financial Analyst at Petrobras, focusing on Project Finance for the Brazilian gasduct infrastructure over a five-year period. Additionally, Fernando worked as an Analista Financeiro at Grupo RBS from 1999 to 2001. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Economia e Gestão em Energia from COPPEAD UFRJ and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
