Jeronimo Antunes

Jeronimo Antunes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in audit, administration, and academia. Currently a member of various committees at Petrobras, including the Committee of People and the Statutory Audit Committee, Jeronimo also serves as an independent board advisor and has held key roles at companies such as Vivest, Desenvolve Sp, Cia. Müller de Bebidas, and Eletronuclear. With a strong academic background, holding a Doctorate and Master's degree in Accounting and Control from the Universidade de São Paulo, Jeronimo has been a professor at the same institution since 1998, contributing to the field through both education and leadership within numerous committees focusing on auditing and governance.
