Marcio Branco

Marcio Branco has been with Petrobras since 1992, currently serving as an Advogado in the Compliance area of the Planning and Management Department of the Santos Basin since August 2023. Previously, Marcio held roles including Executive Manager of Governance, where coordination of portfolio reorganization projects occurred from January 2021 to July 2023, and Manager of Direct Tax and International Taxation, focusing on tax advisory services and operations. Additional leadership positions include General Manager of External Relations and Strategic Tax Assessment and External Relations Manager. Marcio also has experience in financial management as Director of Administrative Finance at Stratura Asfaltos and served as a member or president on various fiscal councils of multiple companies. Marcio holds advanced degrees and certifications from various institutions, including an MBA in Contabilidade e Finanças and a certificate in Business Excellence from Columbia Business School.
