Nicolas Lopes

Nicolas Lopes has extensive experience in corporate innovation and procurement, currently serving as the Head of the Corporate Innovation Lab at Petrobras since 2020, where a focus on open innovation and digital transformation has been instrumental in driving multimillion-dollar projects and sustainability initiatives. Prior to this role, Lopes held the position of Goods Procurement Manager for Petrobras' Oil and Gas Production Business Unit, achieving significant improvements in supply efficiency and cost reduction. Additional roles include serving as VP at Petronect, an Ambassador for The Sustainable Procurement Pledge, and mentoring startups at the Brazil Conference at Harvard & MIT. Educational achievements include a Senior MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and multiple degrees focused on supply management and corporate sustainability.
