Sergio Moore

Sergio Moore is a Senior Windows System Administrator at Petrobras since August 2008, responsible for maintaining critical services such as Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and various related systems. Sergio also administers Azure AD and Intune environments and possesses advanced PowerShell scripting skills, with a strong adherence to ITIL methodology. Previously, Sergio led a fourth-level support team for desktop and notebook support and worked at Iplan in technical support, focusing on Windows systems and hardware maintenance. Sergio holds an MBA in Information Technology Management from Universidade Anhanguera São Paulo and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Centro Universitário UniCarioca.
