Bart Smits

Bart Smits is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the energy sector. Since February 2015, Bart has served as Operations Manager at Petrogas E&P LLC. Prior to this role, Bart held various positions at Centrica Energy Upstream from 2007 to 2015, including Operations Manager for the Central/Northern North Sea, Production Superintendent, Offshore Installation Manager, and Fiscal Metering Engineer. Bart began the career as a Fiscal Metering Engineer at Versatec Energy BV from 2005 to 2007. Bart holds a Global Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from INSEAD (2018-2019) and a master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology (1994-2003).
