Associate General Counsel at Petroleum Traders

Amy Eversole's work experience begins in 2006 at Hussey Copper, Ltd. where they worked as an Administrative Assistant providing support to the plant manager and VP of operations. Amy accurately tracked monthly costs and compared actual and projected spending. From 2010 to 2014, Amy worked as an Attorney at Christopher M. Hill & Associates, P.S.C., where they were a member of the legal team and later became an Assistant Case Manager. Starting in 2014, Amy was appointed City Attorney for four KY cities at James & Wells, P.S.C. Amy attended city meetings, provided legal guidance, and collaborated with mayors and boards to establish effective administrative hearings. From 2017 to 2020, Amy worked as an Attorney at Lloyd & McDaniel, PLC, primarily providing legal counsel and representation to national banks and financial institutions in creditor's rights cases. Amy successfully negotiated settlement agreements, litigated collections cases, and coordinated with local and internal counsel. Since 2020, Amy has been an Attorney at Applegate Fifer Pulliam LLC, where they provide legal counsel to business and municipal clients with a focus on business, municipal, and real estate law. Amy advises corporate boards, resolves legal disputes, and represents clients on zoning and land use issues. In 2023, Amy will begin working as an Associate General Counsel at Petroleum Traders Corp.

Amy Eversole completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Louisville from 2002 to 2006. Following that, they pursued their Juris Doctor degree from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville. Amy graduated from law school in 2011.
