David Horner

David Horner, P.Eng., has over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing in Drilling & Completions, Production Engineering, and Reservoir Engineering. Currently serving as the Head of Drilling Engineering at PETRONAS, they have a proven track record of delivering onshore and offshore wells on time and under budget. David has held various key roles, including Senior Drilling Engineer and Drilling Specialist, and has contributed to organizations such as Canadian Natural Resources Limited and Pengrowth Energy Corporation. They are pursuing a Diploma in Petroleum Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and a B.Sc. in Petroleum from Montana Tech of the University of Montana.
