Harminder Singh

Harminder Singh is a seasoned manager with extensive experience in Industrial Relations and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). Currently serving as the Manager of Operations Facilities HSE at PETRONAS since 2021, they previously held roles as an IR Executive and an Assistant Manager in Industrial Relations at other organizations. Harminder's proactive approach to managing industrial relations issues and commitment to workplace safety has led to significant improvements in both employee relations and safety protocols at PETRONAS ICT Sdn Bhd, where they have worked since 2007. Harminder holds a law degree from Anglia Ruskin University and has been actively involved in various employee engagement and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
