Muhammad Novan

Muhammad Novan has extensive experience in stakeholder relations and community development, currently serving as Senior Stakeholder Planning at PETRONAS since September 2019. Prior roles include Senior Government Relation Program & Community Specialist at BP, where responsibilities involved managing government relations for social investment programs, and Superintendent Community Relations & CSR at G-Resources, focusing on sustainable community relations. Muhammad's background also includes work as an Urban Assessment Project Consultant for Mercy Corps, where coordination and management of socio-economic assessments were key, and as AGTP - KRF Officer at UNDP, overseeing the recovery forums. Early career experience includes serving as a Field Coordinator at CHF, facilitating community organization projects. Muhammad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitas Syiah Kuala.
