Ts. Dalwin Bhullar is a seasoned Supply Chain and Warehouse Operations leader with over 13 years of diverse experience in the oil and gas, e-commerce, and manufacturing sectors. Currently, as the Head of Supply Base Management for Peninsular Malaysia Assets at PETRONAS, they focus on enhancing efficiency and resilience within complex supply chains. Dalwin holds a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management with First Class Honours from the Malaysia Institute for Supply Chain Innovation and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (UK). Previous roles include positions at ExxonMobil, Shopee, and Holcim, where they specialized in operations, logistics, and inventory optimization.
