Imran Ali

Imran Ali is a dedicated stratigrapher and micropalaeontologist with an M.Sc. in Applied & Petroleum Micropalaeontology, earned with distinction from the University of Birmingham. Their master's thesis focused on Cretaceous Foraminifera and Nannofossils from the North Sea, providing insights into the global carbon cycle and geological history. Imran has worked at PetroStrat and CGG, applying their expertise on various projects globally. Additionally, they have held leadership roles as the Secretary of AAPG Europe and Past President of AAPG Young Professionals. Prior to their scientific career, Imran gained valuable experience in sales and marketing.
