Taylor Doherty

Taylor Doherty is a Principal at Guidepost Growth Equity, where they focus on originating, evaluating, and managing growth equity investments in the technology and technology-enabled services sectors. Prior to this role, Taylor spent eight years in operating positions at digitally native and eCommerce companies, including Harry’s, where they contributed to the company's growth from 40 to 250 employees, and co-founding Highfive Brands. Taylor began their career at The Parthenon Group, specializing in private equity, and holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Economics from Duke University. They currently serve as a Board Observer for companies such as PetScreening and Green Rabbit.
