Alan Schnaid

Alan Schnaid is the EVP, Finance, IT, Strategy, & Chief Financial Officer at PetSmart. Alan has over 20 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry. Alan previously worked at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Alan was responsible for leading the global finance, accounting, tax, treasury, planning, risk management, and investor relations functions for the company. Alan also oversaw several capital and debt transactions, acquisitions and dispositions over six-month period.

Alan Schnaid's educational career began with a degree in accounting from California State University, Northridge. Alan then went on to work in the accounting field for many years.

Alan Schnaid reports to J.K. Symancyk, President and Chief Executive Officer. They work with Stacia Andersen - EVP, Merchandising and Customer Experience, Chris McCurdy - SVP, Supply Chain, and Brian Amkraut - EVP, Store Operations, Services, Supply Chain & Real Estate.
