Cherise Ordlock

Cherise Ordlock currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Digital at PetSmart since February 2021. Prior to this role, Cherise held the position of SVP of Digital at Kohl's Department Stores from April 2017 to February 2021, overseeing Digital and Omni-Channel operations, managing the Digital P&L, and leading various digital strategies. Cherise also served as Vice President and General Manager of Digital Commerce and Omni-Channel at Walgreens from June 2009 to April 2017, focusing on Digital Retail Products and managing P&L across multiple digital initiatives. Additionally, Cherise held various roles within Walgreens that involved merchandising planning and operations. Early in their career, Cherise worked as a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group from September 2001 to May 2009. Cherise is an alumna of Northwestern University, earning an MBA in Strategy, Operations, and Analytics, and holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and Economics from the same institution.
